Norman Wiener is a highly skilled police officer who has a Master of Public Administration degree with more than 32 years of professional experience. Mr Wiener worked in the New York City Police Department and attained the rank of Deputy Inspector. When Deputy Inspector Wiener retired he decided to write a novel depicting police work accurately, fairly and fondly with affection. Norman Wiener ran the 83rd precinct, taught safety education at the police headquarters, oversaw the funeral of Robert Kennedy, and was the head of operations for the Manhattan South Task Force.
