Stephen Clements was born in Cambridge in 1961 and raised in a
small village nearby; an upbringing which resulted in his developing
a passion for all things biological. Having taken a degree in Ecology
at the University of East Anglia, he moved onto UWIST in Cardiff
for his Masters before embarking on a career as a Science teacher,
a move that brought him to live in Lincolnshire.
Stephen's interests are angling; he is secretary of the Sleaford
Angling Club, gardening, and photography, but it is his love of
history, fuelled by a diet of epic films, which has inspired him
to begin writing novels from such diverse time periods as the American
Civil War to England in the thirteenth century with more in the
pipeline.
