Mick McGuire received a spiritual calling in his twenties. He became a healer and opened a full-time healing in sanctuary in 1986. He is the President of the College Road Spiritualist Church in Doncaster. He also has a reputation as a ghost buster and is called upon to deal with hauntings. With the aid of his Indian Spirit, Red Feather and several spirit doctors, he has performed miracles, healing people of cancer, after doctors have given up. He has trained other healers, including Rosemary Altea, who has written four books and appeared on the Oprah Winfrey show. At the courses he runs on healing he shows people how to use the gifts that are in us all.
