Joan Stockdale

Joan Stockdale is the author of three non-fiction books, she writes for the new writer magazine and new books magazine. After sixteen years as a weekly columnist for the Caernarfon & Denbigh Herald, the North Wales Chronicle and more lately specialist book reviewer with North Wales Living Magazine, Joan is following her dream of becoming a novelist.

She is married to retired dental surgeon, John. They have two grown-up daughters and live on a remote tidal peninsula on the Isle of Anglesey, North Wales.

Her intense love of books and knowledge of the publishing world brought her into contact with UK publishers PMP and associate company EPS in America. Joan is now working on a second novel.
